Capture your achievement at HYROX Rotterdam with a personalized wooden finisher display. The display consists of a dark natural wood frame with an engraved birch wood plaque.
The design is personalized with your names, division, finish time, ranking, and split times for each kilometer and all eight HYROX exercises. Your personal photo will also be carefully converted into a laser engraving in wood. This way, your entire race is captured in one lasting memory.
The race data will be retrieved as soon as the official results are available. You only need to provide a suitable photo and clearly indicate under which names you appear in the results, especially if these differ from the name used to place the order.
Pre-ordering is possible. Orders will be processed in order of receipt as soon as the official results are available and a suitable photo has been provided.

Which photo is suitable?
Preferably choose a sharp photo with sufficient light, clear contrast, and a clearly visible subject.
It is best to use a portrait-oriented photo that roughly matches the engraving's aspect ratio: 8.5 wide × 14.6 high. A photo in portrait mode usually works best for this. This ratio will be automatically applied during upload. You can then move and crop the photo yourself so that the most important part is clearly visible.
The photo will be converted into a laser engraving in wood. The result will therefore not be a color print or an exact photo reproduction.
Less suitable are blurry photos, screenshots, heavily zoomed-in photos, very dark or overexposed photos, and photos with low contrast.
Are you in doubt? Then upload the best photo you have. If the photo turns out to be unsuitable, we will contact you for an alternative.
Personalization & Results
The display will be personalized with your names, division, finish time, ranking, and all split times, as shown in the design. These include split times for every kilometer and all eight HYROX exercises.
The necessary race data will be retrieved from the official event results page as soon as they become available. When ordering, please use the full names under which you appear in the results.
If these names differ from the name used for placing the order, please clearly indicate this in the order comments.
Do you want certain data to appear differently on the display than stated on the results page? Please also indicate this in the comments. For example, a different spelling of your names or specific instructions for the race data and split times on the display.
Attach own patch
After the race, you can attach your own patch in the designated area.
The display comes with Velcro in the correct position, so you can neatly place your patch.
The patch area is approximately 9.5 x 6 cm.

As the display is made of natural wood, the color, grain, and wood structure may vary slightly per product, making each display unique.
To put down or hang up
The display can be both stood up and hung.
With the included stands, you can place the display on, for example, a cabinet, shelf, or desk.
Additionally, the display is equipped with a hanging system, allowing you to hang it on the wall using a nail or screw.
Please note: a nail, screw, or wall plug is not included.
Production, Delivery Time & Shipping
Pre-ordering is possible. Production of the product can only begin once the race results have been published AND a suitable photo has been provided.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once production can start, earlier orders will be processed sooner.
When it's your order's turn, we aim for a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. This processing time does not include shipping.
The total delivery time depends on:
- the moment the results are available;
- the moment a suitable photo has been provided;
- the number of orders placed earlier.
The product will be shipped within the Netherlands as a letterbox package with track & trace. After shipping, a letterbox package is typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Returns, Warranty & Conditions
This product is specially personalized to order with, among other things, name, race details and a personal photo engraving. Therefore, the product cannot be returned based on the right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once production has started.
This does not apply if the product arrives damaged, is incomplete or clearly does not correspond to what was agreed. In that case, please contact us so that a suitable solution can be found.
No digital example or proof is sent as standard before the product is made.
The personalization is based on the data available via the event's results page. Do you want to deviate from this? Please state this clearly in the comments with your order.
