Product Details
Capture your race permanently in a personalized wooden finisher display. Your photo and official race data will be laser-engraved into birch wood and finished with a dark walnut-colored wooden frame.
The photo engraving is not a color print, but will have the natural look and feel of the wood.
This is an independently produced commemorative product and not an official product of HYROX or the event organizer.
Which photo is suitable?
Please choose a sharp, portrait-oriented photo where both of you are clearly visible. Ensure that:
- both of you are fully in the frame;
- there is sufficient space around you;
- the photo has enough light;
- the background is not too busy.
Avoid blurry, dark, overexposed, heavily zoomed-in photos, and low-quality screenshots.
During upload, you can adjust and enlarge the photo yourself to determine the desired crop. The photo does not need to be pre-sized. We will remove the background and optimize the photo for laser engraving.
Are there more than two people in the photo? If so, please indicate which two people should be engraved in the personalization field, after your official names.
Colors and fine details will be translated into a wood engraving. The final result will therefore always differ slightly from the original photo. You are responsible for obtaining permission to process the photo.
If the photo is not suitable, we will contact you for an alternative.
Personalization & race data
The display is personalized with:
- race location and race date;
- your names, division, and age group;
- finish time and ranking within the age group;
- split times for each kilometer and all eight exercises;
- your personal photo engraving.
We retrieve the race data from the final official results. Therefore, please enter the full names of both participants exactly as they appear in the results.
Would you like a name or detail to be displayed differently? Please put the desired adjustment after the official names. For example: Johannes de Vries and Sophie Jansen – name on display: Johan de Vries and Sophie Jansen.
By default, no digital preview or proof will be sent. The display is made based on the design shown, your photo, and the official race data.
Attach custom patch
The display has space for one race patch. You can attach this yourself in the designated spot. The display comes with Velcro in the correct position.
The patch area is approximately 95 × 60 mm and is sized to fit the race patch.
Please note: the race patch is not included.
Dimensions, materials & placement
Dimensions:
- portrait display: 210 × 297 mm;
- landscape display: 297 × 210 mm;
- engraving plate thickness: 6 mm;
- photo area: 80 × 140 mm;
- patch area: approximately 95 × 60 mm.
The display consists of a birch wood engraving plate and a wooden frame in a dark walnut color. As wood is a natural product, color, grain, and structure may vary slightly per display.
You will receive two wooden stands, and there is a hanging system on the back. Both orientations can therefore be placed upright or hung. A nail, screw, and any wall plug are not included.
Production, delivery time & shipping
Once the definitive official results, all necessary data, and a suitable photo are available, the production time is expected to be 2 to 4 business days. This may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Within the Netherlands, the display will be shipped as a letterbox package with track & trace. You do not need to be home to receive it. After dispatch, the package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Production and delivery times are estimates.
Returns, warranty & terms
The display is personalized according to your specifications with names, race data, and a photo. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply and the order cannot be returned if you change your mind.
Cancellation is only possible as long as production has not yet started.
The statutory warranty still applies. If the display arrives damaged or incomplete, contains a manufacturing defect, or deviates from what was agreed upon, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
